It’s hard to believe it was just last year in March I was photographing Nick and Ilona’s proposal on Wrightsville Beach! This summer we got to meet again, this time on a 3-mile-island on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland for their beautiful waterfront wedding. The welcome party beside the marina the night before invited their friends and family to feel right at home… the Wylder setting the stage with its seaside cottage appeal and Nick and Ilona’s wedding details bringing coastal elegance at every turn. The mounting anticipation leading up to this day showed itself in everything from Nick & Ilona’s emotional private vows, to thoughtful features (like a photo of every couple’s wedding day at the reception!) to the jam-packed dance floor with their absolute hype squad of a bridal party!
