Fort Fisher is one of my favorite places to enjoy a long afternoon at the beach… in the waves, lying on the sand or relaxing at sunset as the hues of the evening change above the rocky areas of coastline. When Jessica reached out and said she’d love a rustic, woodsy feel for her engagement session, I knew the trails through the gnarled scrub live oak trees would be the perfect side of Fort Fisher to utilize for their photo shoot location near Wilmington!

I love how perfect the weather was for this evening with Brandon and Jessica and can’t wait to spend some more time together in just a few more months for their wedding at White Oaks Farm!!
